Our Mission Statement:
Carolina PRSSA strives to connect UNC-Chapel Hill School of Media and Journalism students with the resources and experience necessary to achieve their academic and career goals in the public relations industry.
Carolina Public Relations Student Society of America is UNC-Chapel Hill’s local student chapter of the world’s largest organization of public relations professionals, PRSA. As the official PR Club of the MJ-school, we offer a wide variety of opportunities for students to get involved and gain experience in the PR world. From workshops to conferences and networking nights, to the national Bateman case study competition course; PRSSA is a great way to network with professionals, fine tune your PR skills and gain hands on experience to land a great PR internship or job!

PRSSA accomplishes its goal by hosting speakers from a diverse array of public relations careers, facilitating networking and resume building nights, providing its members with access to PRSSA contact lists and job postings and much, much more.
The Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) is the largest and most widely known pre-professional public relations organization.
